The Branch Trainer will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate order deliveries while operating warehouse equipment to move/ locate product appropriately.

Serve as technical expert of assigned area during vehicle launches. Support daily production issues as required. Prepare presentations/reports on current projects, progress, and issues to management. Coordinate and lead project activities, including new equipment installation, supplier selection, and implementation phases.

Conduct ongoing research and analysis of employee relations, labor relations, and workplace trends to support proactive identification of workforce risks, morale concerns, and engagement opportunities. Support the design, execution, and tracking of ER strategies and programs aimed at improving employee experience, morale, and trust in management.
